If for any reason, you have a bad shopping experience, we are deeply sorry. At the same time, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. We hope you have confidence in your purchase. This is why we are more than happy to assist you in finding the right choice. If it is not suitable, we will try our best to help you find the right product.

This return and refund policy is maintained by the return and refund policy generator. This policy applies to all products purchased in homeallin.

You can return most items for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Unless noted below, outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  •  All returned items must be new, unused and with all original tags   attached.
  •  Products must be returned in their original packages.
  •  Products and returns are defective due to our errors.

 

The following Goods cannot be returned

  •  The original product label is damaged or missing.
  •  Products damaged or worn due to improper use.
  •  Products beyond the warranty period (30 days) will not be returned.
  •  Clearance merchandise and any items marked “Final Sale” cannot     be returned or exchanged.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back returns.

Refunds are generally issued within 5-7 business days after we have processed your return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer or does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Shipping Charge

  1. The seller shall bear the freight.

This situation includes the product itself is defective, or the product cannot be used normally; the product does not match the pictures; the received goods are wrong; the lack of spare parts; the goods have been damaged when received; fake and inferior goods, etc. If the above situation occurs, the seller shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

 

  1. The freight is borne by the buyer.

For some returns due to the buyer's subjective reasons, such as the buyer choosing the wrong size due to carelessness, or feeling that the product does not like the product after receiving the product, the buyer needs to bear the freight. Or because the buyer is damaged during the installation or use of the product, that is, the damage is not caused by the product's own problems, the return and replacement freight will be borne by the buyer.

  

Cancellation but not shipped 

Your order will be issued as soon as possible after your purchase, so you will be charged a 8-10% processing fee.

 

Cancellation but product has been delivered (Unused) 

Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused product(s).

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

And you will be charged up to 25% restocking fee. (This is withheld from refund.)


Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days. 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
